High Tide Mental Health is a Laguna Beach, CA dual-diagnosis PHP and IOP program — serious clinical care and genuine human dignity, without making them a trade-off.
Why we exist
The majority of people struggling with substance use are also carrying a mental health condition — and treating one while ignoring the other is how relapse gets built. High Tide was founded to treat the whole person, at the same time, in the same place.
Founder and Chief Clinical Officer Dr. Courtney Tracy, LCSW, PsyD is a nationally recognized clinician known for making real psychology accessible without watering it down. Her program pairs Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) levels of care with optional supportive housing — clinical depth inside a place that feels like a retreat, not a facility.
